This method ensures funds clear quickly, eliminates chargeback risk, and keeps your order price locked in at the confirmed rate.

 

Step-by-Step Payment Instructions

1. Submit Your Order Request
Use the Order Request Form on our website to specify the product, quantity, and your contact details.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email within one business day.

 

2. Receive Your Invoice & Wire Instructions
After we review your request and confirm product availability, we’ll send you an invoice containing our bank wire information and total amount due.
Your quoted price is locked in for 24 business hours.

3. Complete Your Wire Transfer
Initiate the wire transfer from your bank.
Please include your Order Number in the memo/notes section of your wire.
Once your payment is received, we will confirm by email and immediately begin preparing your shipment.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation
All orders ship fully insured and trackable.
A tracking number and delivery details will be emailed once your order leaves our facility.

 

Important Notes

• We do not accept credit cards, checks, or PayPal.

• Orders are locked at the live market rate only once the wire is confirmed.

• If wire payment is not received within 24 business hours, your order may be canceled or repriced at the current market rate.

• Wire instructions are provided only after an order request is reviewed and approved.

• Shipping is fully insured until delivery and signature confirmation.
