Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
Last Updated: 11/11/2025
At Bullion Ordering, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
Because of the unique nature of the gold market and its constant price fluctuations, it is important that all clients understand the terms governing purchases, payments, shipping, and returns.
By placing an order with Bullion Ordering, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of gold bullion products — including but not limited to coins, bars, and rounds — are final once payment has been received and the order is confirmed.
Due to market volatility, Bullion Ordering cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment has cleared.
This policy protects both our clients and our business from exposure to rapid price movements in the global gold market.
2. Order Confirmation and Payment
Orders submitted through our website or by phone are considered binding once you receive an official Order Confirmation Email.
Bullion Ordering accepts bank wire transfers only.
Payment must be completed within 24 business hours of receiving your invoice and wiring instructions.
If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, your order may be canceled or repriced based on the current market rate.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled due to inventory, payment, or compliance discrepancies.
3. Pricing and Market Fluctuations
All prices displayed on our website are based on the live market (spot) price of gold plus a small dealer premium to cover minting, handling, and operational costs.
Because prices update in real time, they are subject to change at any moment prior to payment confirmation.
Once an order is paid and confirmed, the price is locked in and will not be adjusted for subsequent market increases or decreases.
4. Order Processing Time
Most verified and fully paid orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
During periods of high demand or limited mint availability, processing times may be extended.
If additional time is required, customers will be notified promptly via email.
5. Shipping and Delivery
A. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via reputable, insured carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Shipments are packaged discreetly, with no visible reference to gold or bullion for security purposes.
All shipments are fully insured until delivery and adult signature confirmation.
B. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and real-time delivery updates.
C. Signature Requirement
All packages require an adult signature upon delivery.
Ownership of the package transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Bullion Ordering is not responsible for loss or theft after a package has been marked “Delivered.”
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or insurance coverage.
To submit a claim, please provide:
-
Your order number
-
Photos of the packaging and affected items
-
A brief description of the issue
Our team will coordinate with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Shipments
All orders are insured in full during transit.
If a shipment is lost or stolen before confirmed delivery, Bullion Ordering will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and insurer.
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for loss or theft transfers to the buyer.
8. Non-Bullion Merchandise
From time to time, Bullion Ordering may offer non-bullion products such as display cases, accessories, or branded merchandise.
These items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
9. Order Cancellations
Because gold prices change by the minute, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
Requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% to cover administrative and market exposure costs.
10. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Bullion Ordering ships only within the United States.
International shipments may be considered in the future on a limited basis and will be subject to additional verification, insurance requirements, and customs regulations.
